They are trying to defend the indefensible. Regarding some facts, however, the article is correct. The EU has a large number of fur farms, apart from the UK, where banning legislation was passed in 2000 and all farms ceased by 2003. See http://www.hsi.org/world/europe/work/fur...ng_eu.html
