Helping dogs in Northern Canada

Some of the Northern communities are very remote and inaccessible except be plane. There is no veterinary care, which means no vaccinations and no spay/neuter services.
Cat Lake Friends of Animush(Ojicree word for dog) and the Toronto Human Society are working together to fly in veterinary staff.

It is ambitious and I hope they raise the money they need. It could make a real difference in the lives of northern dogs if they were neutered and protected from basic illnesses that are so easily prevented.
