This is the first proper dog park built in India. It covers 1.3 acres and has services and facilities for dogs. Importantly, it offers vaccinations. There is training/exercise equipment and splash areas. It has everything needed to be a certified modern dog park.

This is a very positive step for dogs in India. Even if dogs are only being valued in this one area, the idea will spread. There is talk of a second dog park. It really will help if they can vaccinate dogs there. The more dogs that are vaccinated the less chance there is of diseases spreading. It is beautiful to think of all the dogs that will have fun in this park. Seeing the people and dogs having fun might encourage others to take in a dog and help with the stray dog population. It is all a step in the right direction.
