Otter rescued from under dumpster in Winnipeg

Someone spotted an otter under a Winnipeg dumpster and alerted the Winnipeg Humane Society. The otter was safely rescued and he is now recovering nicely. He is under weight so he will need some good feeding.

He does look very happy right now. Dumpster life is not so good for an otter.
However he got lost, hopefully he will be fine once he is released. There are good rivers in Winnipeg where an otter can have a good life.
