That is a lot of puppies in one litter, the 16 in the UK and the 15 you played with.
You should have had one of those puppies. 
Dogs have been coming to you ever since. You are meant to have dogs.
A little foxhound puppy would have been so cute. I hope they all ended up in good homes.
