I think people are very careful with their piggies and because there are so many treats no piggies are going to go too far. Put down a pile of carrots and none of them will move and inch.
They have been doing this for several years and it has been quite a success. Guinea pigs deserved some event. There are lots of dog and cat events. Finally there is a piggie event. It would be worth going just to see all the guinea pigs in costumes.
