This is very sad news, and terrible that many people put their dogs second on their list of life priorities. I would literally have lived in a tent rather than have left my girl behind.
Not having dogs spayed and neutered is another part of the problem.
It's all about responsible ownership, and a pledge every dog or pet owner must be ready to make -to be there for them all the days of their lives.
So very sad....I don't know what the answer is really....are people getting worse and more thoughtless in this respect? It certainly sounds like it in Dubai.
Those 2 beautiful dogs in the picture slightly resemble Misty!
