Latest TikTok trend harms dogs

TikTok is always encouraging people to do odd things. This time the idea is to feed hot sauce to your dog so you can see the look on its face. Some dogs a really uncomfortable  and it is clearly not a kind thing to do. Worse, it is also  dangerous. It can cause a gastric upset. It can even trigger pancreatitis. For the sake of posting something on TikTok to get a reaction, people are willing to risk their dog's life and health.

TikTok seems to be a very bad thing for animals. It challenges people to do unkind and dangerous things to their pets. People do,  crazy things to themselves too.  Something about a TikTok challenge seems to wipe out any common sense people have. The internet is amazing when it helps people find a lost pet. but when it challenges people to hurt their pets the internet becomes a very nasty place.  Maybe TikTok needs someone with common sense to monitor its activities.
