New concepts in cat furniture

I love some of the new ideas that are out there. Old style scratching posts and beds are not designed for what cats need and they don't look good.
I love the built in cat condo that gives your cat its own space without intruding on the rest of the place.

On a simpler level a more modern stylish cat tree would be a welcome addition.

I am sure there are lots of ways to make cat furniture more functional and more beautiful.
We just need some designers who understand cats and the people they live with.
