Of course, Ali Express. I never thought to look for the company that sells the machine. 
They have a funny reputation. My friend bought supplies for his store from them. The first batch came and were good. The second batch were not quite as ordered and were not useable. The third part of the order hasn't come yet. That was 5 years ago and all of it was paid for.

I don't know how they would be about shipping the machine. I am not surprised they are selling it.

The real shock is that someone designed and built the machine. There are people who would buy it.
It is sickening to think about. I hope the reaction against such cruelty will put people off. If no one buys the machine we can hope they stop making it.
