46 hens urgently need homes

The British Hen Welfare Trust is urgently seeking homes for 46 hens.  If they are not rehomed then they will likely be slaughtered. They need people to come forward and adopt the birds. They have set up a rehoming day and they hope people respond. 
Hens make good pets and they are the fourth most popular pet in Britain.

I wish them luck with their adoptions. Maybe some people could take 2 or 3 hens. They would be a cute little flock and they wouldn't need much more room.
