Town uses fake Euro notes to encourage people to pick up after their dogs

A French town has found a funny way to encourage people to pick up after their dogs. They put out realistic looking 10 Euro notes. When the person picks up the note they see the message on the other side. It basically says, if you can pick this up you can pick up after your dog. Dogs owners saw the humor and they laughed. They did get the message too. Now the hope is that other dog owners will get the message too.

Who knows maybe it will work. It is not that hard to pick up after a dog. Some places have free bags. There are usually garbage cans. I have even seen special dog poop cans in some places. So do you think it would work with whoever lets their dog poop on my front garden?
