Surfing sea otter?

California is having a problem with a sea otter stealing surf boards and surfing. Other otters have joined her.
She is a captive born, 5 year old otter who was released. She is being quite aggressive and actually steals the surf boards from people.
She will probably need to be relocated to a sanctuary.

She clearly has no fear of humans. Maybe she has watched surfers and thought it would be fun.
Imagine the surprise of a surfer when an otter steals their board.
I hope things work out well for her. Sometimes when humans and animals clash, it ends badly.
