After years of serious decline the Right Whale population has stayed the same. The numbers are still low, but at least they haven't gone lower.

If they can have a few steady years, maybe they can have a year where their numbers increase.
Think of this as a little bit of good news, that could become a lot of good news. Maybe next year there will be a number of babies born. We can always hope.
