Orca calf refuses to leave the lagoon where her mother died

The Orca calf is still in the lagoon, but she is eating. They brought her some seal meat and she took it. 
They are still working on rescue plans. She is 700 kg so it is no small rescue.

I am impressed by the dedication and the determination to rescue the calf. I know they wanted to rescue the mother. They really tried. Now the last thing they can do for her is to save her child. If it can be done, they will make it happen.
