I have never understood why people cook spinach. You have this wonderful vegetable, very filling and satisfying to eat and then you boil it to an unpalatable mush. I like most of my vegetables raw.

I like my nuts raw as well. So my dream salad is raw spinach and raw nuts with lots of other good vegies.
I definitely have been learning to love my veggies more and more.
