You are welcome. I'm not sure if all of the recipes are vegan. Some may be vegetarian I'm not sure right now.

I am going to read the recipes tomorrow and see which ones I want to make. We have not had a vegan recipe thread so far, but it is a great idea. I should see if I can share recipes. I got a vegan cookbook for Christmas. I am starting to try different meals.
Everything tastes really good and I am full and I don't feel the need to snack afterwards.

I have been looking over the recipes and drooling. I think even if you are not vegetarian or vegan it is still good to be able to eat meals that do not involve animal products.
I was just given the cookbook Isa Does It amazingly easy wildly delicious Vegan Recipes for Every Day of the Week.
I have just started to experiment and I am having fun trying new things.
I love the Kofta (chick pea balls with nuts etc) They are really tasty. They are served with rice and a cashew coconut milk gravy.
I will figure out how to post the recipe. Maybe I could scan it into my computer and post it as an attachment.
I want to print out the recipes that you have all posted. Food is interesting if you try new things.
I love eating nuts and I really love chick peas. I can mix hummus in anything and it adds to the flavour and texture.
