Beach goer with a rake saves baby sea turtles

Someone just happened to be on the beach when baby sea turtles emerged from their nest. As they headed to the water, hungry gull circled hoping for a feast.
The person on the beach just happened to have a rake and was able to fend off the hungry birds and give the turtles a chance to reach the ocean.

Because of quick thinking and quick action with a rake, hundreds of sea turtles have a chance to survive.
It is noticeable that people all around the world are protecting turtles. Some are part of a turtle protection group and others like this person acted on their own and just wanted to help the turtles. No one person can save all the turtles, but many people are saving some turtles. Hopefully it is enough.
