It seems that Toronto has a luxury dog hotel. I won't try to describe it to you. You need to read and see for yourself.
I guess if you can afford it nothing should be too good for your pet.

Pretty impressive eh? I have just one question. Can I stay there too. It is better than any hotel I have ever stayed in.

Now this is a great idea! Much better than kennels! If people have the money to pay for this service, why not? They know their dogs will be as happy as possible and well cared for while they may have to go out of town for a day or two. I suppose very rich people will be able to leave their dogs in 'doggy day care' there while they are at work....which is definitely preferable to being all alone for 8-10 hours at home.

I am noticing doggy daycares and dog walkers all over the city. It is probably easier the get daycare for your dog than your child.

The hotel would be a wonderful experience. The dog might not want to come home.

I know. Neither I nor my pets would be comfortable with a fancy hotel anyhow. Not that we are ever going to find out. I would feel weird spending that kind of money when I could use it for so many things.

Still I wish the lucky dogs a wonderful vacation. I am sure they deserve it.
