Animal shelter looks after babies after storms
#1
There have been bad storms down in the Texas area. It seems that many baby animals were washed out of their nest and dens. The Wildlife Centre of Texas has taken in more than 200 animals in need.

What a job it must be to feed and care for them all. I hope they are getting all the help they need.

The page refused to load properly for me, which is unusual at this time of night. Never mind. I'll look at it another time.
This sounds quite awful. Thank goodness, yet again, the best of human nature comes forward to help! Bless them.

A lot of animals had just produced young and the weather was too much for them. The baby birds were blown from nests and the possums were washed out by the rain.

I am just so impressed that so many people were willing to rescue little animals at a time when the storm was making life hard for them as well.

I hope the page loads for you. Sometimes I can't get a page to load, but when I come back to it everything is fine.
