An incredibly brave woman, who truly loves animals
#1
Gill Dalley, the co-founder of the Soi Dog Foundation, lost the lower half of both her legs as the result of saving a dog from drowning in Thailand. But she did not wallow in self-pity. She learned to walk with artificial limbs and is back to work - saving the lives of countless dogs and cats.

This woman has a heart of gold and deserves a medal. Just watch this video for the story:

Many blessings to this wonderful woman!

Gill Dalley is the most amazing woman. Bless her heart for all she has done and continues to do. It can't be easy with the legs, but she knows she has to, for the dogs. She is tremendous.

Thanks to Soi Dog for what they do to help these dogs in Thailand. Without them, there would be little hope.

This is the website for Soi Dog:
https://www.soidog.org/

And there is an official merchandise page too! At: http://soi-dog-foundation.myshopify.com/
They ship all over the world, and there are some lovely items.
Some of the gifts which can be purchased are for the dogs and cats at Soi Dog....such as rabies shots for 5 dogs....etc

What an incredible person. It just goes to show you that one or two people can make a great change in the world around them.

They save many dogs from a life on the streets or worse. Spaying and neutering them has got to be having an effect on the numbers of dogs wandering around. It may take time to see the effects of their work, but there is change and Soi Dog has grown and spread. So they must be influencing the people around them.

The world is definitely a better place because of Gill Dalley.

She is not letting a thing like losing her feet stop her from doing the right thing. I wish the world had more people like her.

Funny, they thought they were retiring, but that is when their real work began. You are never too old to start something new and you are never too old to change the world.

They are a remarkable couple. The people back in England who adopt the dogs are very special. They make it possible to give the dogs good lives.
