Shocking animal neglect case

I can't believe how bad the animals were neglected. I have never seen dogs in such bad shape. I have never seen donkeys with feet so deformed.
They don't even show pictures of the pigs and chickens.
I haven't figured out why they were neglected.
There is no excuse for animals being kept under such conditions.

I just hope the animals can be helped. The dogs look so sad.

How very sad and horrible. I hope the animals wil recover well.

It makes you wonder -how could the 'owner' live on the same property as these animals, and allow this to happen?? The person had 30 dogs sharing the same house with them! Couldn't they see what dreadful state they were all in? Surely if they were in their right mind, they would have just tried to bathe or clip SOME of them, if not all? Even if it had all become overwhelming for them. But not to have been able to see....and not to have even made the effort....

I never understand how things get so bad. The dogs were in such terrible condition. I don't know if the donkeys will ever have normal feet again.
I hope all the animals can recover. I will see if I can find any follow up articles.

She clearly couldn't afford to feed them and she just wasn't able to keep up with caring for them. Why wouldn't she get help?

This is the most recent article I could find. They don't mention any of the animals dying.
