My opinion about things like this doesn't change.
If there were no more humans on this planet, Nature would balance things very well thank you. There would never be too many Caribou, or too many wolves.....
The wolves are possibly scapegoats because something that ought to be done isn't being done as it may inconvenience humans, or even worse -cost money to implement.
