Should shelter employee be charged
#8
How terribly sad and awful. There does definitely need to be a proper investigation into what Ms Frazier did at that Shelter, to hopefully stop things like this happening in other places, or at least, provide a deterrent.

It is interesting how Boulder County officials have now submitted this to the DA. And that they 'changed course' (i.e. they didn't think it worthy of submission in the first instance?) That HAS to be as a result of public pressure, and probably the rally. Yes such a thing is a felony. People are learning that they cannot get away with sweeping animal abuse under the carpet any more. That is a good sign.

My heart goes out to all those dear Souls who were killed when they could have lived, if someone had just been willing to spend a little money on them/fundraise/work harder/do without their own selfish wants.
