Nominate a hero

It is time for the annual Daily Mirror Animal Hero Awards. It seems that every year they give out awards to people and animals that are heroes and deserve recognition.

I think it is good that animals and people are getting recognition for the good things they have done.

I need WAY more bandwidth to load a page with so many advertisements and things all over the place. So I may have to look at it later, as Firefox had a hissy-fit and seized up!

I think the two young men who saved so many dogs at Manchester Dogs' Home fire deserve to be nominated. But I would like to read the other stories too.
