Tyson Foods exposed for cruelty to Chickens, AGAIN!
#1
Tyson Foods is not new to the public  outrage after an expose video. They always promise to do better.

This latest video is particularly nasty. I think they have sunk to new lows.

They make the usual promises and a few changes and firings, but we know they will be back to their old cruel ways in no time.

The only solution is to stop using their products.
If you click on the link and look up products you can see what they sell.

If we stop buying their products it will reach them where it counts, money. They are in it for the money.

Right, this sounds like boycotting Tyson Foods  is a good idea until they pledge to become cruelty-free and can provide evidence!

I wonder if there is an official boycott started or are we all just going to do it and see how it spreads.  I don't really use any Tyson Foods anyhow. I wonder if there are subsidiary companies that I can boycott. I don't really eat chicken any more. I don't even remember which expose did it. Sadly there have been so many.

I will look for a petition or more information about Tyson Foods. We should be able to do more.

I had a little search just now and found this:https://www.causes.com/actions/1726524-boycott-tyson-foods
But the odd thing was it was closed over a year ago with 4780 signatures stil needed! Why I wonder?

This is also online:
https://www.buycott.com/campaign/compani...yson-foods
But I can't see how it operates or where it leads....maybe it's just a 'share on social media' idea....I don't know.

And this petition which calls for a boycott of Tyson Foods, not for animal cruelty but for pollution issues:
https://www.change.org/p/tyson-foods-boy...hire-farms

But of course, any animals kept en-masse in hellish conditions are bound to create pollution issues (run-offs of waste into nearby water table, etc) -with bad management, and at core some very bad ethics.

There might be old petitions because Tyson Foods have been in the news before. This is not the first time they have been the subject of an expose. They always say they are sorry and promise to retrain people and fire some of them and generally say it will never happen again. There is never any improvement. I think the real message in this is that the whole chicken farming system is so flawed that it can't be fixed. It needs to be stopped. That means stop eating chickens because there seems to be no way to raise them and slaughter them without cruelty.

Tyson Foods is just a symptom of a sick system. They are not worse than the other companies and I am not surprized that they haven't changed.
