We Animals: Stories of Love and Liberation
#1
Canadian photojournalist Jo-Anne McArthur has been working for the last 20 years to photograph animals in sad circumstances of neglect, exploitation or systematic misuse.

She has gathered it all together into a book, We Animals.

She is from my home town of Winnipeg so I am proud of her.  I haven't seen the book, but it will be one that is well work looking for.

She has two other books coming out soon. Pictures have the power to reach people in a way words cannot. I am glad she has chosen to use her talents for animals. They need her help very much.

What an inspiring woman Jo-Anne is. Bless her. She is doing some valuable and great work.

I would go to her presentation if I was there. I will definitely take a look at the website.

Winnipeg is a bit far for both of us, but the presentation would be interesting. I hope many people see the book. I think it will move them to care about animals.

I can't wait to hear about her other books when they come out.
