They are not stupid. They wait until they are sure you are in a deep sleep before they get up to their mischief!

It may not be long before Luna is back. You never know...his humans may have to go out of town for a little while.....

Luna will be back. He just won't have a Christmas tree to play with.  I am sure he will find something else. He is a clever bunny.

I still can't shake the feeling that he is still here. I hope he helps me sleep tonight.

When Misty and I first knew each other, she sometimes had to go away for long stretches of time, to be with her other caretaker. She loved being at my place so very much though.
Whle she was away, I also couldn't shake the feeling that she was still in the house sometimes. In our case that meant there was a good strong loving bond....and it also meant that she was destined to come back!

It is like they leave part of themselves with you when they go isn't it.
Misty was leaving something with you because in her heart she was already  connected with you. 

This time Luna feels like he is still here. I keep expecting to see him.
I slept well so it is a peaceful presence.
