Law School trains lawyers for animals
#1
The University of Connecticut law School is training future lawyers to represent animals in court. There are a number of ways this is needed. In an animal abuse case  the animal's lawyer would represent them as the victim. This would ensure that the case is not dismissed and that there is better sentencing.

This is not the only law school to prepare lawyers for animal cases. I hope this means that animals can expect better justice in the future.

Who knows where this will go. As animals gain legal rights then there will be a need for trained lawyers. Maybe a group of animals will bring a class action suit against a group of hunters. There are possibilities once you admit that an animal can have a lawyer.
