You actually saw a skink in the wild. Wow. You have some very good pictures.
That was a beautiful clutch. No wonder you kept Kevin. He has good colour and markings. It looks like the whole clutch was very beautiful. It looks like one of them might have been black.
I love the first look at eggs that are hatching. Sometimes something hatches that I wasn't expecting.
The girls do seem to keep on laying eggs all their lives. Is your girl still laying large numbers of eggs or has she started to taper off.
I have someone to take my hatchlings so I incubate all my clutches. I am producing about 100 eggs a year now. I have grandbaby snakes now. Two that I bred and now producing their own hatchlings.
It is special to have a snake that you raised from an egg. Kevin has always been with you. You must be very close.
I know I am close to the ones I raised.
