Haven't Been Here In Quite Awhile

Hi LPC and Catherine. Thank you for your well wishes and the website. I bookmarked it and will have a look. I am following a diet for diabetes and liver now. Have been for awhile and my glucose number came way down which is also helpful to the liver. I take some fish oil capsules every day, quite a bit but it helped get my lipids and enzymes down quite a bit.

Catherine, all your pets sound wonderful! I bet they all are a lot of fun; I know mine are. We are all preparing for the Winter here. I put plastic on the front window which is large and drafty. I want to prevent the birdies from getting a draft. Here is a picture of them on their new cage:



I hope you both are having a nice weekend. It's cold and rainy here and the heat comes on now. So glad for heat!
