That sounds like a good diet. Anything that keeps your blood sugar down is a help. I take the fish oil every day and it helps with everything. I am glad you are doing better. 

That is a beautiful bird cage. I bet they love it! It is nice that you can have them out and around your place. It lets them fly  and have fun.

I have fun with my pets. It is a lively household, but we all do very well together.  The piggies are fun. I will set up an update post on them.

It sounds like we are having the same miserable weather. Winter is coming too soon.
Good thing we have pets to snuggle with.
