A pet food company with heart

A man ordered special dog food for his dog from CHEWY.COM.  Sadly she died and he was left with a full unopened bag of the food. He contacted the company and asked if he could return the unopened bag. It was worth 70pounds so you can understand why he asked.  They contacted him and told him to donate the food and they returned his money. They went further than that. They sent him a beautiful personal sympathy card. They even had a drawing done of his pet for the card. That was very caring of them.

It is good to hear that there are caring companies out there.  Too often we are hearing about food recalls where the company won't even admit they are at fault.

In this case the company went out of its way to be kind to a pet owner who lost a pet even though they were under no obligation. They did it because they are decent people who actually care about their customers.
