Ikea is launching a new line of pet furniture. In the future your pet will have beautiful new beds that coordinate with your existing Ikea furniture. Some of the designs look good and they are pet friendly and practical.

I think the ideas are good. The pets beds fit into the small spaces in the existing furniture. Smaller homes are the reality now, especially smaller condos and smaller apartments. If people can have smaller pet furniture that "fits in" they are going to feel that they do have room for a pet. It is pet furniture that fits the reality of modern life. If someone can produce pet beds and houses that fit in and even have secondary uses they will have an idea that will catch on. Ikea just might have such an idea.
