How wonderful people CAN be!

I just went to the DogLost site to check out things as usual, and discovered a "Found" dog, found by a Dog Warden in Basildon Essex on 19 April.
This dog is a lovely sweet little white Jack Russell girl, with serious health issues (mammary tumours which needed a full strip)
It's likely that she might have been 'dumped'.

Well I read all about her, and about all the kind people who didn't know her, but spontaneously clubbed together to pay for her surgery! In only a few days the money was all raised.
The little dog, named Meg is fine now, and recovering well. She will be fostered and then hopefully will have no problem finding a forever home.

People can be just wonderful at times!

Isn't it wonderful the things that are happening out there in the world. We hear about so many negatives, it is nice to hear a positive.

I think the whole Dog Lost group is doing wonderful things. They are such a caring group. (So you check their web site the way I check our Animal Services web site. That is how I got some of my guinea pigs.)

How beautiful that so many people donated so a little dog could be healed. I hope she finds a wonderful forever home.
