British Airways flies 50 abandoned pets to the UK

This was a mercy flight. After the Covid 19 outbreak in Cypress 36 dogs and 14 cats were abandoned and needed homes. Flying then to England gives them a chance at a new life. A number of charities were part of the rescue and British Airways provided the transportation. They also brought back much needed medical supplies.

This is a wonderful piece of good news. All these animals will find homes and people's lives will be enriched by their new pets. 
Good for British Airways that it participates in such actions.
