Rescued pig becomes an artist
#1
Someone from a farm sanctuary visited a pig farm. She was horrified by the conditions. She was able to bring home one piglet and  save her from being slaughtered. The piglet is now a big sow and she is also an artist. The pig loves to paint. Her works sell and help fund the sanctuary. Many people love her art.
Among her fans is none other than Jane Goodall.
She is a regular Pigcasso.

The paintings are really amazing.  She has a real sense of colour and movement.  Not bad for a pig who was meant to become bacon and porkchops.
It makes you wonder what the other pigs might have been able to do with their lives if they had been given a chance.

That's nice. I have heard that pigs are intelligent animals. In the link you provided, it says the video is not available.

It's too bad, but the video doesn't seem to be available any more. I will see if I can find something else.

Found something!
This is a different site, but it is the same pig.

He puts a lot of thought into his work.

The pig really does seem to enjoy doing the paintings.
They are very interesting. It is fantastic that there is going to be a showing of the works in different countries.
We underestimate pigs. They are clearly more creative than we ever thought possible.
