Bright blue dogs in Russia

The chemical probably would be toxic over time. Certainly children would try and eat it and that would be dangerous.
If there is one chemical lying around there would be others. Old industrial sights and old chemical plants are very dangerous and need to be cleaned up, not just abandoned.

I wonder if we will ever find out what really happened. It doesn't sound harmless if they are continuing to monitor the dogs for 20 days.
