On Saturday March 27, 2021 at 8:30pm the world will be observing Earth Hour. We are all being asked to turn off our lights for one hour. People are being encouraged to take part in on line events this year.

In light of the global pandemic and the struggles humanity is facing, it might be a good time to sit home in the dark and reflect on the struggles the planet is facing.
This years focus is hope for wildlife and climate.

This years Earth Hour coincides with the full moon known as the Super Worm Moon.
I wondered about the name Worm moon until I was outside and saw that the worms are out and about.
However you celebrate it, for at least one hour on Saturday, stop and think about the earth. Think about what the earth does for us and think about what we do to the earth.
