Boy sells his Pokémon cards to pay puppy's vet bills
#1
An eight year old boy was worried when his puppy, Bruce developed Parvo. The family could not afford the treatment.   He raised the money himself by selling  his  Pokémon Card set. He set up a Go Fund Me and did everything he could do for his puppy.

There is a second half of the story. The Pokémon Company heard about what he did and they sent him more Pokémon cards, some of them very hard to get.
They were impressed by what he did and wanted to reward him.

It is a really sweet story. The boy loved his dog so much he gave up his prized possessions to pay his medical bills. The big company heard about it and rewarded him for his selfless actions.  I like the fact that the family are paying their own vet's bills and any extra money is going to help other people with their vet's bills.
There is something beautiful about this.
