Turkey's Cat Village
#1
In Antalya, Turkey a "village" has been set up for street cats. It was built by the founder of Street Animals Protection Association. It has cat villas and playgrounds and all kinds of fun things for cats. About 100 street cats live there. The houses have heat and there is water for the cats.
It is a beautiful place and local people have started visiting the cats and hanging out with them.

When you look at the pictures it is an amazing place. The stay cats are safe and happy.
Instead of rejecting the stray cats, they have provided a place for them.
They are even interacting with the people who visit them.
Maybe some of them will find homes.

This cat village could be an example of how we can deal with strays. They are no longer problem cats living on the streets. They are interesting cats that people want to visit.
