Dogs can eat some fruits, but not all. In particular the article asks about bananas, but it does list safe and toxic fruits.

I have seen dogs eating things like mangos. I guess they like the sweetness. It is good to know about what fruits are safe. It is even better to know what is dangerous. I did know about grapes, but I didn't know dogs cannot eat tomatoes. That makes me wonder about foods with tomato sauce. Is a cooked tomato safe?
I know some of the seasonings might not be safe. Better to be safe if you are not sure. Stick to fresh fruit slices and leave the people food out of your dog's dish.
