Senior shelter cat finally finds love

Old Man Heff was an old cat when he ended up at the shelter. His skin was such a mess, no one wanted to touch him. He needed medical care just to stop his pain. He was also seriously diabetic, with no teeth.  One of the shelter people took Heff home and cared for him. She showered him with affection. He loved it. He started to improve.
He is still a mess from all his scars, but he is happy. He was just supposed to be fostered until the right home was found. It turns out he was already in the right home. Now he gets all the love and affection he needs  in his own forever home.

Somehow the right person is there when a cat like Heff needs a home. She took him home to help him. The mess he is in didn't bother her. She loved him all the more. Now they are both happy together. Heff might not have a long life ahead of him, but he does have a happy love filled future.
