Produce truck mishap means fun for the wildlife shelter

A truck full of watermelons had an accident on the road. The truck was heading to the Louisiana Watermelon festival. After the watermelons were damaged by the accident they ended up at a different kind of "festival".  The watermelons were donated to the local wildlife rescue. They were given to all the animals.
The results were a giant watermelon party. Every animal was happy to feast on watermelons.

Can you imagine what it was like to be there and watch the animals enjoying their melons. It is hot and watermelons are cold and sweet. Everybody loves them.
I am glad the produce store was kind enough to donate the fruit. Everyone deserves a party sometimes. And what a party it was.
