Bunny friendly furniture

Someone is making furniture to meet your bunny's needs while fitting into a normal living room.
The litter pan is where the bunny can easily reach it, without being noticeable.

It would allow you to have your rabbit right there with you, without things like litter pans being in the way and making a mess. 
For a free roaming rabbit, it could be a good solution.
I just wonder about the problem of rabbits chewing furniture. They do look like they are made of strong material, however. The whole thing might work.
