Pet Smart employee spots dog is a cart and saves her life

Someone drove to a Pet Smart and abandoned a very damaged dog in a shopping cart. An attentive employee noticed something and went to check.
She posted a call for help on Facebook and Forgotten, Now Family Rescue responded. The dog was rushed to the emergency vet. She had a prolapsed uterus and needed emergency surgery.
Monroe is now recovering and living in a foster home. She is a happy girl and is ready for her forever home.

There is no doubt the employee saved the dog's life. There is also no doubt that the person who abandoned Monroe knew how serious her condition was. 
That is why they dumped her. They were not willing to pay her vets bills. If she was being used as a breeder, she wouldn't be worth anything to them anymore.
People like that are just using their animals. They don't care.

Out there is a family that will love and cherish Monroe and give her the life she deserves. It turns out being abandoned by terrible people was the best thing that ever happened to Monroe.
