Even a raccoon can't get service at a Toronto hospital

Toronto does have a hospital crisis. It is hard to get service. Today a raccoon visited one of our very best hospitals and he was sent away. They didn't even give him a snack, which is what he was probably looking for.

Our raccoons visit everywhere. What makes you think it was his first visit. He didn't look lost in the video. We already know raccoons ride the subway. 
Maybe this is just the first time he was noticed. Maybe he wanted to visit someone. Raccoons are social creatures.
Maybe he actually lives in the hospital, and they don't know it yet.
