The world's oldest cat is turning 27
#1
Flossie, the cat, is turning 27. She is the current record holder. A previous record holder lived to be 38 years old.
Flossie was just recently adopted from an animal shelter. She has outlived 2 owners.
She was born a stray, rescued as a kitten and has lived a good life ever since.
The person who adopted her knows that this is Flossie's last home and gives her anything she wants.
Mostly she likes to just eat and sleep.

That is a good age for a cat. If she can enjoy a good meal and a good nap, at her age that is enough.
You have to respect the person who adopted her. Without that person, Flossie could have ended her days at an animal shelter.
Flossie deserves her own home for her last days. There is something special about adopting an older pet. Adopting the world's oldest cat is a whole different level of special.
