!5 starving dogs removed from a breeder.
#1
During the pandemic lockdowns, a dog breeder was making money selling Cane Corso puppies.
Now things have changed and the dogs were being kept outside in the cold with no food or shelter.
The breeder surrendered two dogs and the rest were seized. In all there were 15 dogs and puppies. Some were so hungry they ate their blanket.
They will need a lot of support and medical care before they will be well enough to be adopted.

When you look at the pictures it is shocking. They didn't get that thin over night. They haven't been fed properly in a while.
If the breeder made money selling dogs during the pandemic some of that money should have been put aside to look after the dogs, especially if sales dropped off.
That was predictable. People wanted pets during a lockdown. The lockdowns were not going to last forever and the desire for puppies would decline.
The breeder could have surrendered the puppies sooner, before they were starving.
It was cruel to keep them and not be able to feed them.
