Don't put an Air Tag on you dog's collar
#1
Air Tags are the latest thing for tracking lost luggage. I understand they work and people have found lost luggage.
However, dogs are not luggage and Air Tags are a problem. Air Tags on a collar get chewed and swallowed. They contain a battery so it is very dangerous for a dog to swallow the Air Tag. One dog can swallow your other dog's Air Tag which is equally dangerous.
It can result in expensive vets bills.

If you really want to track your pet there is a technology that has been around for years that works very well.
Have your pet microchipped. Missing animals have been returned years after they have gone missing. As soon as the chip is scanned the rescuers know who the dog is.  Microchipped pets  make it home.
